Self care days
We offer flexible work policies and a monthly self-care day where the whole company closes to rest and recharge.
Parental leave
18 weeks for birthing parent and 12 weeks for non-birthing parent. Full pay in coordination with state benefits to rest, recover, and bond.
$1000 learning stipend
Each employee receives $1000 to spend on learning every year. We also offer manager training and coaching and online support.
Unlimited PTO
We have 11 observed company holidays and unlimited PTO for employees to use however they need.
